NCLEX One-to-One Tutoring Terms and Conditions
- I agree to hire tutoring services from THE STUDENT NURSE, LLC.
- I will choose my tutor based on my preferences. THE STUDENT NURSE, LLC may suggest a
tutor based on individual needs and availability.
- I agree that all materials are proprietary and are to be used only by the student engaging in
tutoring. Materials are under copyright and trademark protection.
- I agree to purchase the test bank.
- I agree services are designed to be on average 6-8 weeks in length. Services may be extended if the tutor
deems necessary.
- I agree I will complete 3000-5000 quiz questions in the purchased test bank as a minimum in
addition to exams and assignments during the 6–8-week tutoring service.
- I agree, if I do not complete the required number of 3000-5000 questions and I fail the exam I
am waiving the service guarantee.
- I agree to weekly sessions and I will notify my tutor 24 hours in advance to reschedule
sessions.
- I agree if I do not give a 24 notice of rescheduling my weekly session it may be forfeited if the
tutor is unable to accommodate the change.
- I will communicate with my tutor via email, text, Skype, or Zoom.
- If I fail to continue tutoring, I may have to repurchase the test bank to restart sessions. (test bank is good for 6 months)
- I understand there are no refunds for tutoring services or the test bank purchase.
- I understand I will be able to continue tutoring if I fail the NCLEX exam with no additional tutoring fee provided the following conditions exist:
- I completed 3000-5000 question in 6-8 week time frame.
- I took the NCLEX exam with the tutor’s knowledge.
- My test bank has not expired (original purchase is good for 6 months).
